How to Join RAOA

What Happens Next

Email Communication & Next Steps

Shortly after submitting your application, you will receive an email from a representative of RAOA welcoming you and providing detailed information on what to do next. This is also a great time to ask any questions you may have as you get started.

Attend Your Sport Preseason Meeting

Ideally, you should complete your applications and dues payment a few weeks before your sport’s preseason meeting. These meetings usually take place two to three weeks before the start of the season.

At the meeting, you will be connected with mentors, learn how Arbiter scheduling works, and receive an introduction to the basics of being an official.
