 x  Student Official ($15.00 each)
 x  Emeritus Status (non-voting) ($10.00 each)
 x  NASO ($94.00 each)
 x  Memorial Fund (Optional Donation) ($5 Increments)
 x  Late Fee (if paid after July 31) ($25.00 each)
